We are seeking a

passionate, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our dynamic Human Resources team!

What You'll do:

Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective talent strategies. Expand sourcing methods to attract both active and passive candidates through networking, social media, and community partnerships. Conduct full-cycle recruitment including postings, interviews, and reference checks with precision and professionalism. Guide candidates seamlessly from offer to onboarding, ensuring every interaction reflects the O'Regan's brand. Build and maintain relationships within the business community and industry associations to support long-term recruitment needs. Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure goals are met and processes are continuously improved.

What You'll Bring:

Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills -- you're approachable, engaging, and professional. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results. Knowledge of interviewing and selection techniques, as well as marketing and networking strategies. Flexibility to work outside of traditional hours when needed to maintain industry connections. Previous experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is an asset.
