Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This position requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of human resources practices, and the ability to negotiate effectively. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Duties



Conduct comprehensive HR sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Workday to manage candidate applications and streamline the recruitment process. Engage in cold calling and lead generation to attract passive candidates and expand the talent pool. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization. Negotiate job offers and facilitate discussions between candidates and hiring managers to ensure alignment on expectations. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress through the recruitment pipeline using HRIS tools like ADP or Kronos. Collaborate with HR teams to support employee relations initiatives and training & development programs for new hires. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Experience



Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition within a corporate environment is essential. Familiarity with HR systems such as Salesforce, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing offers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with candidates at all levels. Experience in sales or lead generation is a plus, contributing to the ability to attract top talent effectively.
