Job Summary NTE Energy Canada Ltd. was founded in 2014, is headquartered in Calgary, and produces oil and natural gas through operations in Alberta and British Columbia. The company also has an innovative plan to build and operate a vertical farm on property it owns near Campbell River to meet internal ESG goals and buffer industry downturns. It is currently a 70-person (25 at the corporate office) organization and has ambitious plans to grow both organically and through acquisition. Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible to source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company. Recruitment

  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • Partner with HR Manager and Hiring Manager to understand and execute the organization\'s and.
  • Assist in ongoing HR analysis in the areas of recruitment, retention, performance management, training & development.

Qualifications:
  • Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a similar field
  • Experience in using Indeed, and LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
  • Expertise in managing confidential information
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong coaching, conflict resolution, relationship and team building skills
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months Salary: From $60,000.00 per year Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
