Five Star Building Services

is hiring a part-time Talent Acquisition Representative. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven TA Representative to help us continue building a high-performing team.

This is a

part-time position

at 20 hours per week, ideally worked Monday through Friday in 4-hour daily shifts (we're open to discussing flexibility where needed).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring Develop and implement creative strategies to attract top talent Enhance and represent our employer brand across channels Coordinate and conduct background checks and reference verifications Own the onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience for new hires Track metrics and continuously improve recruitment processes

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition A distinctive, innovative approach to finding and engaging talent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
