Pay Structure

Earn $350 - $1,000 per successful placement Opportunity to make $1,000 - $5,000+ per month (based on successful placements) Paid as an independent contractor on a per-hire basis

What We Provide

All recruiting and communication software (templates, candidate databases) Full guidance and training to help you succeed Ongoing support from an experienced recruiting team

What You'll Need

Your own laptop and/or smartphone Reliable internet connection and Phone Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text) Self-motivation and ability to work independently

Hours

Flexible - work anywhere from 5 hours to 40 hours per week Suitable for part-time or full-time earning potential You choose your schedule

Role Overview

Source and contact dental professionals (dentists, hygienists, assistants) Pre-screen candidates and forward qualified leads to our senior recruiters Coordinate interviews between candidates and clinics Maintain accurate records in our recruiting software
