Job Description


Position Summary:The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible to provide full cycle recruitment support to assigned client groups. The role partners with Operations to support recruitment initiatives, development and implementation of recruitment plans, strategic sourcing, screening/interviewing candidates, preparation of employment offers, while providing a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities:Conducting full cycle recruitment by:

  • Working closely with Hiring Managers to clarify and understand staffing demands.
  • Preparing and publishing job postings and tracking candidates submissions within the ATS.
  • Reviewing resumes, pre-screening candidates, preparing short listed candidate summaries.
  • Coordinating and participating in interviews, including preparation of appropriate interview questions, providing input to selection decisions, and preparing offer letters.
  • Verifying candidate qualifications and conducting work references.
Coordinating strategic recruitment initiatives to support business needs by:
  • Implementing a range of recruiting initiatives in support of talent acquisition.
  • Coordinating recruitment campaigns and programs, including job fairs, career fairs, and recruitment related events that assist in promoting Acuren as the employer of choice.
  • Identifying and establishing innovative sourcing strategies to create and continually grow candidate pools.
  • Standardizing job advertisements and associated media to ensure compliance with Acuren branding.
  • Networking and cold calling to source candidates
Support ongoing staffing initiatives by:
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of top talent for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Creating positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partnering with the business to develop new programs and in support of talent attraction and retention.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the business and staffing needs both present and future
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of full cycle recruitment experience; preference will be given to candidates with industry-related experience
  • Experience recruiting industrial services craft positions
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and while remaining detail orientated
  • Capability to develop successful relationships with effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Positively contributes to a team with ability to work well independently
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and web-based platform e.g. Microsoft Teams.
  • Occasional travel required for job fairs, and interviews.
