What You'll Need for Success



With a minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, you have a history of nurturing lasting professional relationships within a corporate environment, preferably in the broader insurance industry landscape.
You're adept at showcasing your ability to concoct sourcing strategies that don't just attract talent but enchant them.
Possessing stellar communication skills, you're adept at navigating complex conversations and articulating narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, up to and including C-suite executives.
You're comfortable in environments where change is the only constant, guiding talent acquisition amidst ambiguity without losing sight of the strategic horizon.
With a keen eye for metrics and analytics, you can transform data into actionable insights, driving smarter, more effective recruitment decisions.
You understand the power of diverse thought and inclusive practices, leveraging them to build robust teams that reflect our commitment to equality and innovation.
Your strong business acumen allows you to connect recruitment practices with overarching corporate goals, ensuring talent solutions that drive competition.
Be fluent in the language of applicant tracking systems (i.e., Workday), Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook), and the diverse tools of the recruitment realm (i.e., Phenom, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, etc.).
