HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT

Vancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues-Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM - 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding technical candidates across various roles.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and set clear expectations for the hiring process.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices to attract top talent.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Accountability on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, and sourcing effectiveness.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition with strong knowledge of headhunting
Must be located in Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON
Experience with technical recruitment -an asset
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels within organization
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and a natural sense of urgency with a solution driven mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Proficiency with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong sense of urgency, highly self-driven and solution-oriented
