About the Team & Business Line:



Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.


As a valuable member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.



Your Role:



Work closely with the regional recruiting lead to driving strategic direction, best practices, corporate talent strategy initiatives and overall recruiting effectiveness for all levels of hiring As a member of the regional leadership team, leverage knowledge on the regional businesses, their culture, competitors and practices to support in the creation or delivery of HR solutions that will help drive business results. Understands business dynamics, including growth strategies , financials and products/services Provides advice and counsel to managers and leaders within the region, influences people decisions and anticipate recruitment implications or regional initiatives. Understanding the key drivers of regional success has the insight to raise issues on how things get done within the region. Translate governance and compliance trends and regulations into a workable solution Build and maintain a strong metrics capability to regularly assess performance and offer solutions to optimize organisational efficiencies Increase branding awareness, reducing recruiting cost, increasing positive candidate experience and quality of hires and providing focus on diversity recruiting efforts. Reinforce and ensure the team adheres to all recruiting compliances, guidelines, processes and procedures Talent map competitor organizations to identify key potential hires Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for strategic executive hiring (Senior Stakeholders) Developing Social Media Branding Strategies. Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies. Assist with and/or carry out performance reviews for direct reports (where applicable), team learning and development plans, objective setting etc. Develop, manage and maintain a highly-skilled team of recruiters - Contributes to the goals of others and to the team "derives satisfaction from seeing the team succeed "in collaboration with team members takes ownership of how the team behaves and the results it produces Provide project planning, execution, and administrative support of TA related projects Ensure appropriate leadership and skills development programs to enhance and update recruiter skills and performance.

About You:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree or certification 10 + years of progressive related experience with demonstrated knowledge of Recruiting and aspects of HR Minimum 6 years of supervisory/management experience
