We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various departments. This position requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS systems and applicant tracking tools. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for employer clients, from job intake and posting to sourcing, interviewing, and candidate shortlisting
Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking platforms, and internal databases
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, preparing clear profiles and recommendations for employer clients
Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and follow-up communications between candidates and employers
Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with employer clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
Conduct hiring needs assessments with employers to understand role requirements, culture, and workforce goals
Provide guidance to employers on job descriptions, salary considerations, selection criteria, and onboarding best practices
Support job seekers with resume feedback, interview preparation, and job search guidance when required
Maintain accurate recruitment records, applicant tracking systems, and onboarding documentation
Collaborate closely with the CEO and team to improve recruitment processes, contribute to service development, and represent Qoral professionally
Skills
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and supporting onboarding processes
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to align talent with employer and client needs
Experience in a client-facing or stakeholder-facing role, with confidence engaging professionally with employers, candidates, and partners
Understanding of employer branding and the ability to represent organizational values and culture in external interactions
Familiarity with recruitment strategies and tools to build and maintain candidate pipelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, relationship-focused approach
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously
Prior experience in a talent acquisition, HR, or client-facing professional role is an asset
