Support the recruitment lifecycle for drivers and junior level roles, including screening candidates, conducting pre-employment assessments, completing reference checks etc.
Leverage social and digital campaigns to promote the Midland brand and attract qualified candidates
Coordinate and attend job fairs and other recruitment events as required
Assist Driver Services with the preparation of driver files and ensuring its compliance with company requirements and procedures
Follow corporate HR recruitment procedures and policies
Work on various tasks assigned by the talent acquisition team.
Education Required: Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or other related disciplines
Years of Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR related field
Bilingualism is required (English & French)
Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
Experience with Taleo, Oracle or other ATS (asset)
Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook etc.)
Proactive and able to assimilate new information quickly
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting in a fast-paced environment
