As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor for various client groups across our offices in Canada. You'll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from developing proactive attraction strategies to optimizing the candidate experience. You'll contribute directly to building high-impact teams for BPA's major projects across the country.

Within our HR team, the Talent division plays a central role in the organization's growth. You'll join a committed and dynamic team made up of Roxane Harkins, Marc-Andre Lacroix, Juliette Blain, and Jonathan Dube.

Our broader HR team also includes a Vice President, a Business Analyst, three HR Business Partners, two Coordinators, and a Senior Health & Safety Advisor. Main Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to managers across our Canadian offices. Design and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to each region and discipline. Lead the entire recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, interviews, coordination, and manager support. Develop proactive attraction strategies (sourcing, headhunting). Contribute to the development of tools, KPIs, and continuous improvement processes. Collaborate with the HR team (HRBPs, compensation, H&S, etc.) to ensure a comprehensive approach. Participate in diverse HR initiatives (employer brand, diversity, optimization projects, etc.). Monitor market trends across regions to support strategic thinking and planning.

Profile Sought

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (CHRP/CRHA designation is an asset). Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in recruitment. Comfortable working in a multi-site, collaborative environment. Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (frequent national collaboration). Proficient with recruitment tools: ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. Structured, proactive, client-oriented, and solution-driven approach.
