One-year contract - a great opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition projects!

Based in Montreal and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist, the Talent Acquisition Advisor independently manages recruitment mandates and acts as a true strategic partner to hiring managers. Their role is essential in attracting, assessing, and selecting top talent to support the company's growth.



Main Responsibilities:



Manage the full recruitment cycle, from needs analysis to the onboarding of new employees. Conduct sourcing activities to attract top candidates for various roles. Develop and implement innovative search strategies to identify and engage both active and passive talent. Advise and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, acting as an expert and strategic partner. Promote and apply best practices in assessment, selection, and candidate experience to ensure a smooth, fair, and efficient process. Contribute to the continuous improvement of overall talent acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience. At least two to three years of experience in talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ease working with an Applicant Tracking System (Dayforce is an asset). Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
