Playground is rapidly expanding and is currently seeking a reliable and efficient Take-Out Attendant to join our growing F&B team.

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Take-Out Cashier Team. As a Take-Out Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth and efficient transactions for our take-out orders.

Hours: Several part-time and full time shifts available (days, evenings, nights, weekends)

Salary: $14.75/hr + Tips

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Receive and process take-out and delivery orders from customers both in person and over the phone.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and ensure all special requests are noted.
• Be familiar with the Rail menu and daily specials
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Verify and dispatch orders
• Assist drivers in locating customer\xe2\x80\x99s addresses
• Confirm with online tablet (delivery service) when an order is ready for pick up
• Maintain a clean and organized take-out area
• Balance your cash at the end of each shift

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Bilingualism (English and French).
• Have a Valid work permit or be a Canadian resident.

Horaires: Plusieurs postes \xc3\xa0 temps partiel et \xc3\xa0 temps plein sont disponibles (jours, soirs, nuits, week-ends).

Taux horaire entre: $14.75/hr + Pourboires

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:

• Accueillir et assister les clients de mani\xc3\xa8re chaleureuse et professionnell
• Offrir un service excellent et maximiser la satisfaction du client
• Prendre les commandes des clients et traiter les paiements (par t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone ou en personne)
• \xc3\x8atre familiaris\xc3\xa9 avec le menu du Rail et les plats du jour
• V\xc3\xa9rifier et exp\xc3\xa9dier les commandes
• Aider les chauffeurs \xc3\xa0 localiser les adresses des clients
• Maintenir et mettre \xc3\xa0 jour la base de donn\xc3\xa9es des clients
• Confirmer avec une tablette en ligne (service de livraison) lorsqu\'une commande est pr\xc3\xaate \xc3\xa0 \xc3\xaatre ramass\xc3\xa9e
• Maintenir le comptoir \xc3\xa0 emporter propre et organis\xc3\xa9e
• Balancer la caisse \xc3\xa0 la fin de chaque quart de travail

Qualifications:

• Doit \xc3\xaatre bilingue (anglais et fran\xc3\xa7ais) et 18 ans ou plus
• Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et en organisation
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 effectuer plusieurs t\xc3\xa2ches \xc3\xa0 la fois et \xc3\xa0 rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement au rythme rapide
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler sans supervision dans un environnement achaland\xc3\xa9
• Une attitude positive et ax\xc3\xa9e sur l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe et une capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 bien travailler sous pression
• Solides comp\xc3\xa9tences math\xc3\xa9matiques
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience ant\xc3\xa9rieure dans un poste similaire, un atout mais non obligatoire
• Avoir un permis de travail valide ou \xc3\xaatre r\xc3\xa9sident(e) canadien(ne).
