We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As an Express Department Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that each dining experience is memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations. Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. A positive attitude with the ability to work well within a team environment.
