Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home and facility-based care to individuals of all ages. This role involves supporting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Ideal candidates will have experience in assisted living, senior care, or nursing home environments, and possess a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. The position offers an opportunity to work closely with diverse populations, including those with disabilities, dementia, or requiring hospice care.

Duties

Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring under supervision Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable environment Support clients with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when required Engage clients in social activities and companionship to promote mental well-being Document care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members Assist with specialized care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments Support hospice patients by providing compassionate end-of-life care in accordance with care plans

Requirements

Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, home care, or hospice care is preferred Knowledge of patient care procedures, medication administration, and dementia or disability support Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely and effectively Strong communication skills and compassionate attitude towards clients of all ages Ability to work independently and as part of a caregiving team Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, or weekends as needed Valid background check and ability to pass any required training or certification programs Experience working with people with disabilities or in senior care settings is a plus
