About the Role

Endurance Taekwondo is seeking a

full-time Instructor

to join our growing team across three high-performing schools. We're looking for a passionate martial artist who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys teaching students of all ages, and brings both energy and professionalism to every class.

This is a long-term growth opportunity within a respected and expanding organization.

Responsibilities

Teach structured, engaging Taekwondo classes to students of all ages and belt levels. Maintain a safe, positive, and motivating atmosphere that encourages student progress. Collaborate with senior instructors to ensure consistency across all locations. Support curriculum delivery, belt testing, and special events. Mentor and guide assistant instructors. Travel between dojangs as needed for coverage and team support.

Qualifications

Kukkiwon-certified Black Belt (1st Dan or higher required). Lives the martial arts lifestyle -- disciplined, humble, and inspiring. Strong leadership and communication skills. Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to excellence.
