We are seeking highly motivated and dependable individuals to join our security team as

Tactical Static Security Agent

. This is a critical, boots-on-the-ground position responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, and the general public. This position is ideal for individuals with the aspiration for a law enforcement career or public safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct proactive

foot patrols

of designated areas to deter and detect suspicious activity Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with property managers, employees, and visitors Enforce site policies and regulations with professionalism and authority Perform

loss prevention

duties, including monitoring and reporting theft, vandalism, and safety violations Investigate and report security breaches, disturbances, and potential hazards Execute

hands-on removals

of individuals when necessary, using approved and lawful techniques or conduct arrests in accordance with the law and company protocols when necessary Maintain

detailed digital reports

of daily activities, incidents, and interactions in a timely and accurate manner Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services when required Respond to incidents and emergencies with a calm and tactical approach De-escalate conflicts and manage confrontational situations professionally Issue verbal warnings, trespass notices, or coordinate with police for enforcement actions when necessary Act as a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and provide reassurance to clients and the public

Qualifications:

Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience is an asset Strong situational awareness and problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Strong verbal and written communication skills - level 5 required Physical ability to perform foot patrols and handle confrontational situations Valid Alberta security license (as per provincial regulations) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision CTSS/ PPCT an asset Valid First Aid required
