What does a Tactical Site Supervisor in Calgary do?

• Working as a client liaison between GardaWorld and the property for efficient operations.
• Regular communication regarding schedules, and day-to-day operations with shift leads, training team members.
• Continuously monitor staff performance for improvement within the team.
• Perform audits and inspections of the services and vendor personnel and ensuring clients requirements are met.
• Attend various meetings on a regular basis including but not limited to health and safety, security, performance, investigations etc.
• Supervise, lead, coordinate and organize security guards and teams as needed.
• This position reports directly to the Account Manager.
• Liaison between Property Manager, GardaWorld and Calgary Police.
• Duties include but not limited to

• Administrative
• Criminal code review with team members
• Daily review of site reports and memo books

Qualifications to become a Site Supervisor in Calgary

• A valid Alberta security guard license and first aid card
• Available to work Tuesday-Saturday 1100-1900
• 1 year of experience in security minimum in a site security supervisor capacity
• Full class 5 drivers license and clean drivers abstract
• Criminal Justice or Police Foundations Diploma is an asset

GardaWorld is currently offering a $500.00 hiring bonus for new employees who meet the hiring criteria described above. The hiring bonus will be paid in two instalments, the first upon hiring $250.00 and the second after 6 months of continuous employment. The bonus will have to be reimbursed should employment be terminated within 12 months following the payment of the second instalment.
