Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Tactical Guard to join our security team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across designated facilities and perimeter zones. Your proactive approach, combined with your expertise in surveillance, conflict management, and emergency response, will ensure the safety of personnel, property, and assets. Duties

Monitor and patrol assigned premises using CCTV systems and physical patrols to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism. Conduct thorough security checks on personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles entering or leaving the facility. Respond swiftly to security incidents or emergencies by assessing situations accurately and implementing appropriate conflict management strategies. Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to observe activity and identify suspicious behavior or security breaches. Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring immediate assistance during medical emergencies until professional help arrives. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders during incidents or investigations to ensure proper procedures are followed. Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incident reports, shift logs, and CCTV footage documentation for accountability and review. Enforce loss prevention policies by identifying potential vulnerabilities and taking preventative measures to safeguard assets. Apply conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor. Assist in training new team members on security protocols, surveillance operations, and emergency procedures as needed.

Experience

Proven experience in law enforcement, military service, or private security roles demonstrating strong situational awareness and decision-making skills. Familiarity with surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and alarm monitoring tools. Knowledge of first aid procedures, CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification upon hire. Experience handling conflict resolution in high-pressure environments with the ability to remain calm under stress. Background in loss prevention or asset protection is advantageous. Strong understanding of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and legal considerations related to security operations. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with emergency services, law enforcement agencies, and team members.
