• Surveiller les op\xc3\xa9rations du serveur et du r\xc3\xa9seau
• Software configuration et set-up
• R\xc3\xa9viser r\xc3\xa9gulierement la base de donn\xc3\xa9es et assurer un suivi proactif aupr\xc3\xa8s des clients internes et externes
• Engagement des clients - aidez nos clients \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer leurs produits

• Exp\xc3\xa9rience avec cloud hosting/providers
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience avec Linux OS
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience avec Windows OS
• Connaissance de Apache Tomcat
• Connaissance de networking et securit\xc3\xa9
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience with Microsoft SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL databases
• Connaissance de DNS and SSL
• Connaissance de Docker et containers
• Connaissance de Kubernetes
• Connaissance des syst\xc3\xa8mes de surveillance tels que: Elastic, Zabbix
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience avec wireless connection/troubleshooting

This position is located in Ville St-Laurent, Quebec in hybrid mode.

Responsibilities:

• Assess a variety of situations, reviewing server and network operations, software configuration, set-up and software code and identify the correct resolution or escalate according to departmental guidelines.
• Regularly review the database of submitted items and proactively follow up with internal and external clients to ensure that their inquiries and/or issues have been satisfactorily resolved.
• Work with the IT Infrastructure and Security Team Lead to develop, monitor, document and maintain best practices for system administration, network and application security and compliance with Harris data and security policies.
• Client Engagement - Help clients manage their products. Focus on each client experience and make every interaction meaningful.

• Experience/Knowledge with cloud hosting/providers
• Experience with Linux OS
• Experience with Windows OS
• Knowledge of Apache Tomcat
• Knowledge of networking and security
• Experience with Microsoft SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL databases
• Knowledge of DNS and SSL
• Knowledge of Docker and containers
• Knowledge of Kubernetes
• Knowledge of monitoring systems like: Elastic, Zabbix
• Experience with wireless connection/troubleshooting
