This position is located in Ville St-Laurent, Quebec in hybrid mode.

Responsibilities:

• Assess a variety of situations, reviewing server and network operations, software configuration, set-up and software code and identify the correct resolution or escalate according to departmental guidelines.
• Regularly review the database of submitted items and proactively follow up with internal and external clients to ensure that their inquiries and/or issues have been satisfactorily resolved.
• Work with the IT Infrastructure and Security Team Lead to develop, monitor, document and maintain best practices for system administration, network and application security and compliance with Harris data and security policies.
• Client Engagement - Help clients manage their products. Focus on each client experience and make every interaction meaningful.

What we are looking for:

Experience/Knowledge with cloud hosting/providers

Experience with Linux OS

Experience with Windows OS

Knowledge of Apache Tomcat

Knowledge of networking and security

Experience with Microsoft SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL databases

Knowledge of DNS and SSL

Knowledge of Docker and containers

Knowledge of Kubernetes

Knowledge of monitoring systems like: Elastic, Zabbix

Experience with wireless connection/troubleshooting
