Systems & Technology Assistant

You have excellent technical and problem solving skills, providing seamless service to our technology users on the Resort. If you enjoy solving technical issues, working in a fast paced and dynamic environment and love to ski or snowboard, this job is for you!

You will:

- Field calls from staff members who require technical support for our various systems.

- Log, investigate and resolve software, hardware and network incidents.

- Consult and update technical documentation.

- Support testing and implementation of new functionality in software systems (new kiosks, PCs, etc.).

- Assist with training front line staff on various systems (lift ticket scanners, etc.).

- Assist the Information Technologies Manager with any additional duties as assigned.

- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

You:

- Have held a previous role in regards to technical support (specifically POS & RTP systems).

- Are an intermediate to advanced skier/snowboarder.

- Demonstrate an aptitude and understanding of essential software concepts.

- Have strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).

- Have completed courses in computer programming or network administration - an asset.

- Possess knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the data entry field.

- Are capable of meeting deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
