In this role, you will:
Driving & Monitoring Queue for ticket closure
Cognizant IT procured Laptops & Desktops Allocation/De-allocation based on MMO/MMI and On-boarding portals
Allocation/De-allocation/Hardware Issues Call logging for Cognizant provided Mobile Phones & SIM Cards
Work on End point compliance (parameters - AD/AV/MBAM/Avecto/SCCM/DLP) as per Cognizant IT baseline
Location Video Conference-End User support & regular VC Check list
IT Assets & Accessories Allocations and updating in Service Now AMDB
Stock verification and updating in AMDB using PAV
Inventory Update - Asset Status in Allocation/De-allocation and addressing all Query from HAM team
Clearance approvals for assets returned
Update IT Assets hardware call logs for warranty laptops in stock and track delivery & shipment on all Cognizant procured IT Assets
Imaging Laptops with Cognizant SCCM OSD -Standard Operating Environment
MAC Laptops -Installation -OS Upgrade to Latest Version & JAMF enrollment
Verifying Check list on the Endpoint Compliance (AV, Filefalut, AD, MDM Profile)
Hands and feet support for all the maintenance activity with T&E Approval based on the Service tower requirements
Coordinating with ROW Compliance team for Desktop & Laptop Compliance
Escalation Tracking and own until closure
Participation in CIMA/outages and provide location support
What you'll need to succeed (required skills):
Experience with Technical support for imaged Desktops/Laptops and work on issues related to Hardware/Operating system.
VIP EUCS End User Support and Intune Support on Mobile Devices
