Duration:

• An initial 12-month contract, with the potential for 2 additional 12-month renewal periods.

The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in the CXM Program. They will provide services to clients in the areas of requirements elicitation, creation of business requirements documents and production of other project artifacts such as functional specifications, data flow diagrams, test cases, etc. The Business Analyst will also work with other members of the CXM Program to ensure that the right technology platform is selected for each project, ensuring all platform capabilities are leveraged and solutions are built and/or designed to fully meet the requirements as requested by the Client. The Business Analyst will be customer focused, proactive, self-motivated and motivate others to successfully navigate through change.

Qualifications

• A University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, a related discipline or certification in Information Technology from a recognized community college. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 7 Years of Business Analyst experience in requirements elicitation and analysis, associated with business transformation, process design activities and IT Solution implementations.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.
• 5 years of demonstrated experience performing business analysis for complex business transformation initiatives in a multi-entity organizational environment.
• 3 years of demonstrated experience with engaging and working with various business unit subject matter experts (SMEs) and/or technical SMEs on requirements elicitation and process definition activities.
• 3 years of demonstrated experience in effective interactive communication and presentation skills including but limited to requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, and requirements prioritization.
• 3 years of experience in producing visual business process models and architecture diagrams that clearly show the connections and inter-dependencies between various business capabilities while depicting relationships between the business outcomes and various system components.
• Demonstrated experience with at least one (1) cloud SaaS and/or PaaS implementation with significant business transformation is considered to be an asset.
• Experience with requirements solicitation and definition for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and/or Customer Experience Management (CXM) solutions is considered to be an asset

The successful candidates must deliver the following in order to successfully complete the engagement:

• Create Functional Specifications based on business requirements;
• Assist and/or contribute to technical specifications such as Integration Specifications and Data Migration Specifications;
• Providing analysis and support for teams performing systems configuration, systems integration, and reporting;
• Assist with process adoption, process automation/workflow, and testing;
• Actively participate in project teams, product demonstrations, project status meetings, etc. as required.
• Provide project reports and project-related deliverables;
• Fit Gap/Gap Analysis;
• Liaising with business and technical through interviews and other communications;
• Understanding current state (and challenges within) vs future state;
• Assist in and support SWOT analysis;
• Documenting workflow processes;
• Assist with requirements gathering and clarify/redefine as needed,
• Create/modify Business Requirements Definition (BRD) documents as appropriate,
• Work with client Departments to prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) for incoming solutions requests,
• Interface with platform providers and implementation partners as needed to fully leverage platform capabilities and ensure solutions meet requirements,
• Ensure a standardized approach to business analysis, ensuring that all documents are well-written and of professional quality.
