Position Overview:
We are seeking a
Systems and Security Administrator
to support and secure our client environments by administering, maintaining, and evolving system and network infrastructures. In this hybrid role, you will play a key part in ensuring the stability, security, and compliance of on-premise, cloud, and virtualized environments while contributing to continuous improvement and security initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, maintain, and securely evolve system infrastructures (on-prem, virtual, and cloud)
Implement, monitor, and maintain system and security controls (EDR, antivirus, patching, hardening, access management)
Support identity and access management initiatives (Active Directory, IAM, MFA, conditional access)
Provide network administration support including LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall configurations
Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of network security solutions.
Participate in the detection, analysis, and resolution of system and network security incidents
Contribute to the automation of administrative and security tasks through scripting and centralized tools
Ensure environments comply with internal security policies and regulatory requirements
Document technical procedures, configurations, and standards
Participate in security, compliance, and infrastructure projects
Skills & Qualifications:
College or university degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in systems administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure)
Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices (hardening, patch management, monitoring)
Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)
Experience with security tools such as EDR, antivirus solutions, GPOs, and audit logs
Experience with Fortinet solutions is an asset
Familiarity with PCI-DSS and the NIST CSF framework is an asset
Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing skills
Bilingual communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal

Administrateur(trice) systemes et securite
pour assurer l'administration, la securite et l'evolution des environnements systemes et reseaux de nos clients. Dans ce role hybride, vous contribuerez activement a la stabilite, a la securite et a la conformite des infrastructures sur site, infonuagiques et virtualisees, tout en participant a des initiatives d'amelioration continue.
Responsabilites Principales:
Administrer, maintenir et faire evoluer de maniere securitaire les infrastructures systemes (sur site, virtuelles et infonuagiques)
Mettre en oeuvre, surveiller et maintenir les controles de securite (EDR, antivirus, correctifs, durcissement, gestion des acces)
Participer a la gestion des identites et des acces (Active Directory, IAM, MFA, acces conditionnel)
Assurer le soutien et l'administration des composantes reseau (LAN, WAN, VPN, pare-feu)
Participer a la configuration et a la gestion des solutions de securite reseau.
Contribuer a la detection, l'analyse et la resolution des incidents de securite systemes et reseaux
Automatiser certaines taches d'administration a l'aide de scripts et d'outils centralises
Veiller a la conformite des environnements avec les politiques de securite et les exigences reglementaires
Documenter les procedures, configurations et standards techniques
Participer aux projets d'infrastructure, de securite et de conformite
Competences et qualifications:
Diplome collegial ou universitaire en informatique, cybersecurite ou domaine connexe (ou experience equivalente)
Experience confirmee en administration de systemes (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure)
Bonne maitrise des bonnes pratiques en cybersecurite (durcissement, gestion des correctifs, surveillance)
Connaissances en reseautique (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, pare-feu)
Experience avec des outils de securite (EDR, antivirus, GPO, journaux d'audit)
Experience avec les solutions Fortinet -
atout important
Connaissance des normes PCI-DSS et du cadre NIST CSF - atout
Capacite a produire une documentation technique claire et structuree
Excellentes competences de communication en francais et en anglais, a l'oral et a l'ecrit
