Systems Analyst
As a Systems Analyst with a specialization in ERP systems, you will play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing the ERP systems used by our business. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that ERP functionality aligns with business needs, identify opportunities for system improvement, and drive best practices in ERP usage. The role will focus on enhancing system efficiency and user experience, while also collaborating with the application support team to maintain system performance and resolve technical issues..
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
Business Process Improvement: Collaborate closely with business units to build strong relationships and streamline processes within and adjacent to our ERP systems, leveraging ERP features and capabilities whenever possible.
ERP System Optimization: Analyze and evaluate the current ERP system to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that align with business processes and objectives.
User Support & Training: Provide advanced support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training and guidance on ERP best practices to maximize user efficiency.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new functionalities, system enhancements, or process improvements.
System Configuration & Customization: Guide developers and application support in the configuration and customization of ERP modules to meet evolving business needs, ensuring proper testing and documentation.
Projects: Participate in ERP-related projects, including upgrades, module implementations, and system integrations, while ensuring alignment with overall IT strategy.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Work with the Business and Data Team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Collaboration: Partner with infrastructure team, development team, and external vendors to ensure system stability, security, and adherence to best practices.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and user training materials. Develop templates and standards the team can leverage as they create documentation.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience supporting or implementing ERP systems (e.g., IFS, Infor, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong understanding of core business processes such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or sales
Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
