We are seeking for a Systems Administrator Student for our Winnipeg District that is available for 4 months starting in May 2024.

Here\'s how a Systems Administrator Student for our Winnipeg office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

As a Systems Administrator Student and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

Provides desktop application troubleshooting and support.

Assists with configuration and deployment of network equipment (switches, routers, VPN).

Creates requisitions for IT equipment and replace office hardware.

Sets up new hire system accesses and equipment.

Logs and responds to technology related issues and requests.

Troubleshoots technical issues with users.

Creates process documentation.

Other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking abilities.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to work both independently and as a team.

Support experience.

Ability to contribute to a positive, respectful and productive work atmosphere.

Network / server admin background would be an asset.

Some lifting and installing of computer equipment required.
