Analyze and understand software requirement/specifications and translate to test plans and test cases.
Prepare test data for testing activities.
Assist in reproducing, investigating and debugging software issues in coordination with the development team.
Verify builds for quality prior to production deployment
Translate high-level business requirements into test scenarios.
Find clear reproduction steps for issues reported by users.
Provide tier 3 support for various in house and vendor applications
Odette Picis Systems Administrator
Liaise with vendor to implement system testing and upgrades
Manage user accounts/groups
Manage department-specific application settings
Provide end user training on PICIS OR Manager application
Provide end user support on TrackOR patient flow application
BloodTrack Tx/Mobile PPI Application Administrator
Provide tier 3 level support for Application related issues
Manage user accounts/groups
Troubleshoot, fix and escalate application issues
Provide training and support super users and normal end users
Provide monthly reporting for new and existing departments/units
Review data and provide identify and investigate of discrepancies
Hardware setup and configuration
Participate in cohabitation testing with IT Technical Services
Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of or experience with Jest and Cypress.
Knowledge of or experience with Angular/JavaScript or similar.
Knowledge of software and/or testing methodologies.
Experience in a healthcare environment is an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
