A subsidiary of the LGM Group, LGM North America is seeking a Systems and RAMS Engineer Team Manager.
Manage and coordinate RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) activities for complex projects.
System design and integration while ensuring compliance with railway standards (EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129).
Manage a team of engineers (task allocation, skills development, performance monitoring).
Draft and validate technical documentation (RAMS plans, risk analyses, safety reports).
Maintain relationships with various stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance of deliverables.
Provide technical assistance and guidance to teams on RAMS-related issues.

Profil recherche Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, systems, or equivalent).
Minimum of 10 years' experience in RAMS/System Engineering with significant achievements.
In-depth knowledge of railway RAMS standards (EN 50126/28/29).
Experience in several of our business sectors (aerospace, rail, defense, automotive, energy...).
Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, efficiency, and rigor.
Client-oriented: listen, understand, clarify, and recommend suitable solutions and expertise.
Ability to influence, convince, and adapt to diverse challenges and clients.
Team management and project management skills.
Willingness to share knowledge and contribute to the growth of the RAMS team at LGM North America.
