Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education, and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. The average compensation for this role is $85,000 -$105,000 CAD



This role analyzes internal and external data sources and designs automated, scalable data solutions within a global homegrown ERP environment. You'll translate business requirements into technical designs, develop prototypes, support integrations, and collaborate with cross?functional teams to deliver efficient, cost?effective solutions. The role also includes DevOps support, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and contributing to continuous improvement across data and integration projects.

Responsibilities

Analyze data sources

using story?driven and data?driven methods.

Design technical solutions

(conceptual, logical, physical) using Java, SQL, Python, AI prompting, ETL, REST, and event?driven/distributed architectures.

Collaborate with business and IT teams

to define requirements and convert them into development tasks.

Monitor and support production systems

, resolving issues with logging, debugging, and troubleshooting tools.

Perform hands?on development tasks

, including data analysis, prototypes, and data migration.

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience. 3 + years of SQL Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related field. Strong understanding of standard business data as well as firmographic data Strong communication, analytical, and problem?solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change. Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and collaborating across diverse teams. Quick learner with solid understanding of business data structures and intermediate technical skills. Developing AI system prompts. Maintains confidentiality and performs well under pressure.

Working Conditions

Occasional overtime or non?standard hours. On?call support as needed. Remote / Work?from?home environment. Some domestic and occasional global travel.

Description du role

Ce poste consiste a analyser des sources de donnees internes et externes et a concevoir des solutions de donnees automatisees et evolutives dans un environnement ERP maison de portee mondiale. Vous serez responsable de traduire les besoins d'affaires en conceptions techniques, de developper des prototypes, de soutenir les integrations et de collaborer avec des equipes multidisciplinaires afin de livrer des solutions efficaces et rentables. Le role comprend egalement du soutien DevOps, la surveillance des systemes, le depannage et la contribution a l'amelioration continue des projets de donnees et d'integration.

Responsabilites

Analyser les sources de donnees

a l'aide d'approches axees sur les histoires utilisateurs et les donnees.

Concevoir des solutions techniques

(conceptuelles, logiques, physiques) utilisant Java, SQL, Python, l'IA, les methodes ETL, REST et les architectures evenementielles/distribuees.

Qualifications

3 a 5 ans d'experience pertinente. 3+ ans d'experience en SQL Baccalaureat en informatique, TI, mathematiques ou domaine connexe. Excellentes habiletes en communication, analyse et resolution de problemes. Capacite a travailler de facon autonome, a gerer plusieurs priorites et a s'adapter au changement. Aisance a presenter a divers intervenants et a collaborer avec des equipes variees. Developper des invites pour des systemes d'IA. Apprentissage rapide et bonne comprehension des structures de donnees d'affaires et des competences techniques intermediaires. Capacite a maintenir la confidentialite et a performer sous pression.

Conditions de travail

Heures non standard ou temps supplementaire occasionnel. Disponibilite en rotation (on?call) au besoin. Travail a distance / teletravail.
