Founded in 2002, we made our mark on the shooter genre with titles such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. We are one of the most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the industry and we are expanding it with in-house solutions called PCF Framework.

Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting titles: Gemini is our new project being developed with Square Enix; Bifrost, Victoria and Dagger are projects we\'re growing in the self-publishing model. We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator with expertise in both on-premise and cloud infrastructure management. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our organization\'s technology infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal performance. In this role, you will work closely with the IT team, collaborating on projects, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security.
  • Administer servers, networks, storage systems, and other IT infrastructure components.
  • Deploy, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and operating systems across various platforms.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems.
  • Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and services to improve system performance, security, and efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role, managing on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, virtualization, and storage technologies.
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux-based environments.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS), and holding AWS certificates is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of security best practices and the ability to implement security controls and measures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
