Overview



We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient System Administrator to support our growing organization. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable uptime, seamless communication, and secure infrastructure across a fast-paced Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will also oversee onboarding, access management, and system permissions across both our Microsoft suite and enterprise CRM/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities



Helpdesk Operations

Provide onsite and remote IT support across all terminals; travel required to offices as needed Build and manage a ticketing system, resolving technical issues promptly Support hardware, software, and mobile devices across the organization
Printer & Peripheral Support

Install and maintain networked printers and scanners Troubleshoot printing issues and coordinate with vendors for repairs
Telephony Administration

Support Teams & RingCentral usage across the company Train staff on Teams & RingCentral features Manage Teams channels and permissions across departments
Security and Endpoint Protection

Manage physical access controls and NVR systems Enforce protection policies across endpoints (desktops, laptops, and mobile devices) Use Intune and Defender to configure devices, enforce compliance policies, and provide remote support IT Coordination & Documentation Oversee onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, devices, and access management Maintain IT asset inventory and software licensing records Document and update procedures, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals
CRM/ERP Administration

Build, configure, and maintain user permission sets, profiles, and role-based access within Zoho (or other enterprise CRM/ERP systems) Set up new employees in the CRM and ensure proper integrations with Microsoft 365 tools Monitor system usage and security compliance, escalating issues when needed Partner with business teams to refine access controls and improve system usability
SharePoint & Intranet Management

Maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring file structures remain clean and organized Monitor storage usage and manage data to avoid exceeding limits Set up and review permissions to maintain proper access across the organization Build, launch, and maintain the intranet site in collaboration with the design team Keep intranet content current and continuously improve usability
Qualifications

5+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a multi-facility environment Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Defender, Intune, SharePoint) Strong knowledge of Windows OS and mobile device management Experience with helpdesk systems and remote support tools Demonstrated ability to configure and manage permission sets in CRM/ERP systems (Zoho experience an asset) Familiarity with printer networking and hardware troubleshooting Excellent communication and organizational skills Post-secondary degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Certifications

CompTIA A+ or Network+ Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $64,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
