Vintage Hotels is currently seeking Part time and Full Time Switchboard Operators to join our growing team! What you\'ll be doing:
- Ensures that incoming calls are transferred to the correct individual or department.
- Prepares daily logbook and checks that messages are recorded and sent.
- Maintains Meeting Room phone lines in ready status.
- Prepares and processes requests for brochures or packages.
- Reporting responsibilities include maintaining up to date in house Guest lists, and emergency prepared lists.
- Assisting other departments with various office duties as required based on time availability. Up to and including database entry, comment card entry, Sales kit preparation, Gift preparation.
- Reliable transportation to Niagara on the Lake.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Willingness to learn.
- 1-2 years of previous administrative and or customer service experience.
- Weekday, weekend and holiday availability.
- Ability to work day shifts and afternoon shifts as needed.
