WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for potential Turret(Swing Reach) and Order Picker Forklift Drivers for our client who is a global logistics and freight forwarding company based out in Mississauga. The associate will be responsible to operate Turret machine and Order Picker equipment to pick all orders in a safe, accurate and methodical manner.
We prefer to have Turret (Swing Reach) forklift experience. However, our client is willing to train the drivers with strong experience on Crown Reach and Order Picker machines.

Duties / Responsibilities:
Order picking using WMS
Building and staging shipments
Stock put-away and Scan all new inventory into narrow aisle rack locations
Inventory maintenance/rotation
Load and unload trailers/containers as required
Actively communicate with supervisors and operators to effectively handle material and notify them of problems/concerns
Accurately document work performed
Assist in the efficient completion of inventory audits
Clean up and dispose of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping and place in proper containers or designated area.
Requirements:
- Must have Valid Turret forklift license OR valid Order picker and Reach license
- Must have Valid working at heights / fall arrest certificate
- Must have 2-3 years of experience operating Order Picker and Reach forklifts
- Must know how to operate a RF scanner

Selection Criteria:
An interview will be conducted by Armor consultant
Qualified candidates will be presented further to our client for the forklift test.
Associate will be required to pass an initial safe forklift operator test at our client site
Police clearance check
