WD Swim is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Swim/Aquatic Instructors to join our team at the

Markham

facility!

About the Role

As a Swim/Aquatic Instructor, you'll be an essential part of creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Your passion for swimming and commitment to delivering high-quality instruction will help ensure every participant has a positive and rewarding experience.

What You'll Do

Lead small group swim lessons (up to 4 students per class) Deliver safe, effective, and inclusive aquatic programs Engage and motivate participants of all ages and abilities Communicate clearly and effectively with swimmers, parents, and team members Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment

What We're Looking For

Passion for swimming, fitness, and working with people of all ages Previous experience instructing aquatic programs is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification

(required) Aquafit Instructor certification is a plus Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment New instructors are welcome -- full training is provided!

Availability

Must be available for

evening shifts (Mon-Fri)

and/or

weekend shifts (Sat & Sun)

Flexible scheduling to fit your availability

Hours

Part-time:

Up to 20 hours/week

Full-time:

20+ hours/week
