About us

GTA Swim School is a small business operating out of luxury heated indoor pools in the Midtown Toronto area. We specialize in private swimming lessons. We provide the individual attention needed to develop swimming skills and confidence fast. All of our classes are 1-on-1 to ensure swimmer safety and lesson quality is maintained.

We are looking to expand our team and hire an additional independent contractor to run swimming lessons out of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

Manage the client relationship to ensure a long term relationship is developed Schedule classes and provide 1-on-1 training to clients Prepare lesson plans for classes based upon swimmer's skill level and goals
Required Experience:

Minimum 1 year experience working as a Swim Instructor running classes independently Must have current swimming certifications including the follow: Lifesaving Society - NLS, Standard First Aid with CPR-C, Emergency First Aid with CPR-B Canadian Red Cross - Water Safety Instructor
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.50-$36.75 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
