K&K Swim School has been inspiring our swimmers since 2014. Having taught thousands of swimmers, we've built our curriculum from the best industry standards, and we are excited to expand our team of water-loving enthusiasts.

THE ROLE:

Join our amazing team of K&K Instructors in inspiring, challenging, and growing our swimmers! We're looking for both

regular instructors

who have their set swim schedule, and

substitute instructors

who are available to cover for our team with more flexible hours.

Wage Range:

$18.50-23.50/hr

THE DETAILS:

Be a know-it-all when it comes to the K&K Curriculum and get creative with lesson plans to help your swimmers crush their goals Take on as many 4-hour shifts as you want and ensure flexibility in your schedule, or join us as a substitute instructor if you prefer to cover shifts for our team. Keep an eye on progress and chat often with swimmers and their families to keep them up-to-date in their K&K journey Collaborate with fellow instructors Be ready to teach swimmers of all ages in a private/group lesson environment

, including the

Airport, Downtown, Stonebridge

, and surrounding areas. Whether you're north, south, or central -- there's a pool near you!

? It's considered an asset if you are also able to teach in Warman and Martensville. If this is an option for you, please let us know in your application.

THE NECESSITIES:

Our instructors are not only rockstars at the tasks listed above, they are also...

Passionate about what they do and are excited to share that with their swimmers! Able to swim

25m of front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke

(required) Available for at least 1-2 evening shifts a week, specifically Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday evenings. Certified in First Aid & CPR (required) Once part of the team re-certification is reimbursed. Another aquatic certification is a bonus, but not a must. We are able to offer AEC courses for our instructors. Ready to work independently or with others Flexible, reliable and ready to rock it! Love working with swimmers of all ages Previous swim instruction experience is a bonus, but not a must
