Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team in Nepean (Bells Corners and Bayshore areas). As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional lessons, and ensuring a fantastic swimming experience for all.

Responsibilities

:

Lead and facilitate engaging swimming lessons for students of all ages (both kids and adults) and skill levels Bring your expertise to the pool deck and demonstrate impeccable swimming techniques and strokes. Follow and deliver our aquatic program. Ensure a safe and secure swimming environment by maintaining constant vigilance and enforcing our water safety protocols. Create a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages trust, and a love for swimming. Keep track of student progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate milestones as swimmers master new skills.

Qualifications

:

Valid certification in CPR-C, Standard First Aid, and National Lifeguard Certificate. Previous competitive swimmer is an asset. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students of all ages. Proficiency in a wide range of strokes and swimming techniques. Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
