Position Overview

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate

Swim/Aquatic Instructors

to become part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead engaging, skill-based lessons for students of all ages and abilities. Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for working with people in the water.

Key Responsibilities

Lead small-group swim classes (up to 5 students) in a fun, safe, and structured manner Teach swimmers ranging from beginners to advanced skill levels Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment Monitor participant safety and respond effectively to emergencies Communicate progress and feedback to students, parents, and team members

Qualifications

Energetic, friendly, and passionate about aquatics and youth development Previous swim instruction experience is an asset, but

not required--training will be provided

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Legally entitled to work in Canada (no sponsorship provided) Availability for weekday evenings and full weekends

Work Schedule

Evenings:

Monday to Friday

Weekends:

Full-day availability on Saturday & Sunday

Flexible hours:

Choose shifts based on your availability
