WD Swim is a vibrant and growing swim school committed to providing exceptional aquatic education in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Swim/Aquatic Instructors to join our expanding team!

Position Summary

As a Swim/Aquatic Instructor at WD Swim, you'll deliver engaging, effective swim lessons for participants of all ages and skill levels. We're seeking individuals who are safety-focused, customer-oriented, and passionate about helping others build confidence and skills in the water.

Key Responsibilities

Lead small group swim classes (up to 5 participants) in an engaging and safe manner Tailor instruction techniques to suit different ages and skill levels Create a positive, supportive learning environment for all swimmers Follow and enforce safety procedures, including emergency response protocols Communicate clearly and professionally with students, parents, and team members

What We're Looking For

Energetic, friendly, and passionate about swimming and fitness Prior experience in swim instruction is a plus--but we provide training for the right candidate Strong interpersonal and communication skills Flexible availability, especially weekday evenings and weekends Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (we do not provide sponsorship)

Work Schedule

Weekday evenings (Monday to Friday) Full-day availability on weekends preferred Flexible scheduling--pick up shifts that fit your availability
