Position Overview:

As a Swim/Aquatic Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering fun, engaging, and effective swim lessons while ensuring a safe and positive experience for all participants. Exceptional customer service and a passion for aquatics are a must!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead swim classes for up to 5 participants in a safe and engaging manner Provide instruction tailored to various skill levels and age groups Maintain a positive and encouraging environment for all students Ensure participant safety and respond to any emergency situations appropriately Communicate effectively with parents, students, and team members

Qualifications:

Energetic, friendly, and passionate about swimming and fitness Prior experience in aquatic instruction is an asset, but

training is provided for new instructors

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexible availability including weekday evenings and weekends Legally entitled to work in Canada (no sponsorship provided)

Work Schedule:

Weekday evenings (Monday to Friday) Full day availability on weekends Flexible hours - pick up shifts based on your availability

Job Type:

Part-time: <20 hours per week Full-time: >20 hours per week
