Position Summary

WD Swim is currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Swim/Aquatic Instructors to join our passionate team. As an instructor, you'll lead engaging, goal-oriented lessons for swimmers of all ages and abilities. If you have a love for swimming, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a positive team environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Lead small group swim lessons (maximum of 4 students) in a structured and enjoyable format Instruct swimmers at various levels, from beginner to advanced Create a positive and inclusive learning experience for all participants Maintain a safe environment and respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies Communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members, providing regular feedback and updates

What We're Looking For

Energetic, friendly, and passionate about aquatics and child development Prior swim instruction experience is an asset--but we provide training for the right candidates Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (we do not offer sponsorship) Available for weekday evenings and full weekends
