As we continue to grow, we're looking for

experienced, enthusiastic, and high-energy Swim Instructors

who genuinely love working with kids and want to be part of something special from the ground up.

Availability Requirements:

Candidates must have

maximum availability

during our operating hours:

Tuesday-Friday:

3:15 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Saturday:

10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

Applicants

must meet ALL of the following

to be considered:

Minimum 3+ years of swim instruction experience (mandatory)

Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification (required)

Standard First Aid with CPR Level C

Strong knowledge of pool safety regulations and procedures

Must enjoy working with children

and feel confident teaching various age groups

High energy, enthusiastic, and positive attitude

Ability to obtain a

satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check

Key Responsibilities

:

Instruction:

Teaching swimming techniques, developing lesson plans, and adapting instruction for individual needs.

Safety and Supervision:

Ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants, enforcing pool rules, and educating patrons on water safety. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards. Attend all scheduled staff training Record all hours worked Keep all Certifications current

Relationships:

Build strong rapport with students and celebrating achievements.

Community:

Actively contribute to building a supportive, engaged community both within the school and the local area.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
