Part-time Flexible Hours
Thrive Swim Academy is a premium swim school offering
1:1 private lessons only
. We teach children ages 3+.What you'll do
Deliver 1:1 private swim lessons to children ages 3+ Follow our ability-based progression system Conduct basic skill assessments and provide progress feedback Maintain constant supervision and follow safety protocols Communicate professionally with parents and adult swimmers
What we're looking for
Swim instruction, lifeguarding, or competitive swimming experience CPR-C & First Aid, Bronze Cross + National Lifeguard are minimum qualifications. Professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently Reliable transportation and punctuality
