Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
- Create and implement lesson plans that focus on water safety and skill development
- Provide instruction on proper swimming techniques and strokes
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all participants during lessons
- Evaluate and track the progress of each swimmer
- Maintain a clean and organized pool area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a swim instructor.
- Knowledge of various swimming techniques and strokes
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate swimming skills to students
- Experience in behavior management and creating a positive learning environment
- Additional experience in competitive swimming/coaching is a plus.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
