At WD Swim, we're a dynamic and rapidly growing swim school in Markham, dedicated to providing top-tier aquatic education in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. Our mission is to empower swimmers of all ages to build strong skills and water safety awareness while having a great time doing it!

Position: Swim/Aquatic Instructor

What You'll Do:

Lead small group lessons (max. 4 students) for swimmers of all skill levels. Create a positive, motivating atmosphere where students feel safe and encouraged. Ensure participant safety and respond appropriately in emergencies. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the team.

What We're Looking For:

Passionate about aquatics and working with kids. Previous swim instruction experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Legally entitled to work in Canada (no sponsorship available). Available for evening and weekend shifts.

Schedule:

Flexible hours--choose shifts that fit your schedule. Weekday evenings and weekends. 8-hour shifts; overtime as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour. Flexible schedule and on-site parking.
