About Us:

WD Swim is a growing swim school in Markham dedicated to providing high-quality aquatic instruction in a

safe, supportive, and inclusive

environment. Our mission is to help children and adults develop strong swimming skills and water safety awareness--while having fun in the process!

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring

enthusiastic and dependable Swim/Aquatic Instructors

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll deliver fun, engaging, and progress-driven lessons to students of various ages and skill levels. A positive attitude, passion for swimming, and strong communication skills are key!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead small group swim classes (max. 4 students) in a safe, engaging, and structured format Teach skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment for all students Ensure the safety of all participants and respond appropriately in emergency situations Provide timely feedback and communication to parents, students, and team members

Qualifications:

Energetic, outgoing, and passionate about aquatics and child development Previous swim instruction experience is an asset, but

training will be provided

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be legally entitled to work in Canada (no sponsorship available) Available to work

weekday evenings and full weekends

Work Schedule:

Weekday evenings Weekends availability Flexible scheduling - pick up shifts based on your availability

Under 20 hours per week

Full-Time:

Over 30 hours per week
