Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Hand/Swamper to join our team at Gridiron Drilling Services. In this role, you will support our operations by assisting with various mechanical tasks and ensuring that our equipment is well-maintained and ready for use. You must hold a valid Class 3 or Class 1 license with no demerit points.

Responsibilities

Assist in the assembly and maintenance of drilling equipment. Must have some mechanical aptitude Utilize power tools and machinery safely and effectively. Support the team in building components as required for drilling operations. Hardsurfacing and Rebuilding of Augers Driving hotshots to various locations (delivering materials) Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

MUST have a Class 1 Driver's License with 2 years of driving experience Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a shop environment. Experience in basic welding and/or plasma cutting Valid drivers license with clean drivers abstract Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
