Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that work sites are organized and efficient.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites. Load and unload materials and equipment as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met. Perform general maintenance tasks as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Familiarity with safety practices in a labor environment is a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
